What we collect if you complete the assessment
If you use the free assessment and request a reading, we collect: which country your pension is from, the pension type, an approximate value, your age in whole years, a one-line summary of whether a transfer is currently possible for you, your residency date (if relevant), which fund you're asking about, your name, your email address, and any instructions you type for a planner. That's the complete list — nothing else is gathered from the form.
Your date of birth stays in your browser
The assessment asks for your date of birth, because it's the only way to work out the dates that actually matter — which UK minimum pension age applies to you, when you reach it, when your Australian preservation age falls, and so on. All of that arithmetic happens in your browser, on your own device.
Your date of birth is never sent to us and is never stored anywhere. What reaches our server, and only if you submit the form, is your age as a whole number and a short status line such as "not eligible until age 57 (2031)". That's what a planner needs to make sense of your case, without us holding your birthday. Close the tab without submitting and even that is never sent — the reading was computed locally and nothing left your device.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in a database on our own server — not a third-party CRM, not a marketing platform, not a data broker's system. A copy is emailed to us so we can respond, sent through a standard transactional email provider (Zoho Mail) — the email provider sees the message in transit but isn't given ongoing access to our records.
What we do with it
We use it to give you the reading you asked for, and — only if and when you ask for one — to make an introduction to a licensed planner. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with data brokers, advertisers, or anyone outside the introduction you specifically requested. If a referral fee is paid by a licensed practice for that introduction, that's disclosed by the practice under its own obligations — it doesn't change what we do with your data.
Analytics — and why the cookie banner isn't decorative
This site uses Google Analytics, but only after you explicitly click "Accept" on the cookie banner. Before that click, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set — this isn't just a claim, it's independently, automatically verified on a recurring basis, and you can see the verification yourself.
What we don't do
- We don't run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or real-time-bidding scripts of any kind.
- We don't fingerprint your device (canvas, WebGL, or audio fingerprinting) — checked directly, not assumed.
- We don't sell or share your data with data brokers.
- We don't give personal financial advice or hold an Australian Financial Services Licence — the assessment is general information and register lookups only.

Rather than ask you to take the claims above on faith, this site's actual behavior is continuously, automatically scanned and the results published with a cryptographic timestamp — see the verification page linked in the footer of every page.
